With the arrival of the iPod Photo we offer a choice of two loading services.

Loading Audio
Loading favourite music CDs onto your new iPod is our speciality. Apple calls this process importing, but most digital music fans refer to it as ripping. Our service includes looking up the correct album and track names on the Internet database, so all your material is properly indexed on your iPod. Loading Photos
The iPod Photo will accept both music and photos. Photos or transparencies must first be scanned, and we have been scanning pictures for years.

If your home or workplace is in our area you can deliver your iPod and your chosen CDs and/or photos to us, and collect them to you as soon as they have been loaded onto the iPod. Customers outside our area need to send us their iPod and CDs by Special Delivery or courier service.

You can buy one of our Gift Vouchers to include with the iPod you are giving as a present.

For copyright reasons, we can only work with commercial CDs that you have purchased - we are unable to process ‘homemade’ CDs. We will only accept CDs that are in cases or sleeves or a protective wallet. More copyright information here.

We can work with either the Macintosh or Windows versions of the iPod, iPod Mini or iPod Photo. We set up and format new iPods free of charge

If you have a big CD or photo collection you could spend a long time loading up your iPod, and you are not getting value for your iPod purchase until that is done - so let us do it for you.
