Introduction
Tracks for on an Apple iPod need to be first stored in a Library within the free iTunes software, on either a Windows PC or an Apple Mac. When an audio CD is captured in iTunes the process includes conversion to a digital format suitable for the iPod. Once an iTunes library has been created the iPod can be plugged in to the computer and the tracks are loaded onto the iPod - this is known as synchronising the iPod.

Service A
For customers with a brand new, unused, iPod and a DVD drive on their computer.
- We initialise the iPod
- We load your CDs into an iTunes library on our computer
- We synchronise the iPod with the completed library
- We prepare a DVD of the iTunes library
- Your iPod is ready for use.
Before connecting your iPod to your computer (to load additional tracks) you must install the iTunes library from our DVD to your own computer

Service C
For those with some tunes already loaded on their iPod and a DVD drive on their computer.
- We load your CDs into an iTunes library on our computer
- We prepare a DVD of the iTunes library
Before connecting your iPod to your computer you must import the iTunes library from our DVD into your existing iTunes library, and then synchronise your iPod

Service B

- We initialise the iPod
- We load your CDs into an iTunes library on our computer
- We synchronise the iPod with the completed library
- We load the iTunes library onto an external disk drive.
- Your iPod is ready for use.
Within 7 days you download the library from our external USB drive to your own computer, and return the drive to us. Your iPod can then be connected to your computer to load additional tracks, etc in the future

Service D
For those with some tunes already loaded on their iPod but no DVD drive on their computer.
- We load your CDs into an iTunes library on our computer
- We load the library onto an external disk drive.
Before connecting your iPod to your computer you must import the iTunes library from our external USB drive and into your existing iTunes library, and then synchronise your iPod. Return the drive to us within 7 days.
